  The complaint was filed by the complainant under section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019 alleging deficiency in service in selling defective product along with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to refund the amount of Rs.8022/- being the amount paid by the complainant to the opposite parties towards the product along with 24% interest from the date of payment till the date of repayment or to replace the fake wet-grinder with a new, genuine and branded one for the cost paid by the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.500/- per day from the date of purchase till the date of payment for the mental agony and hardship caused suffered by the complainant and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards cost of the proceedings to the complainant. 
Memo filed by the complainant that the matter was settled out of court and the same was recorded. In view of the memo this complaint is dismissed as the complaint was settled out of court. No cost.
This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 21st December 2022.
