           Shri Vikil Sahani complainant made separate statement that he has settled the dispute with the opposite parties and as per the settlement he has received Rs.3,105/- from the opposite parties as full and final settlement. The complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being settled.          

            In view of above statement the complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settled.
