This complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite party. When the case came up for consideration today, we noticed that the complainant is continuously absent. The notice was seen issued to the complainant for her appearance before this Commission. Inspite of accepting the notice the complainant has not turned up before this Commission to further proceed with this case. On verification it is found that the complainant is continuously absent since 18.07.2019. In the above circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint. In the above circumstances we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed for default.

 

In the result, complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.

 

  A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
