     Report qua publication of proclamation in the newspaper with regard to service of OP No.1 & 2 has not been received from complainant. Correct address of OP No.3 has not been filed by complainant.

     The case called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. A perusal of the case file indicates that none has been appearing for the complainant before this Commission after 21.06.2023. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is hereby dismissed in default of appearance.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
