ORDER

The complaint is partly allowed. The Opposite Party No. 2 shall reimburse the amount of Rs.56,370/- along with interest at 9% p.a. from 28.11.2002 up to the date of the final and integral payment of the same to the complainant. The Opposite Party No.2 shall also pay Rs.20,000.00 to the complainant towards the mental agony, tensions, hardship and inconvenience and Rs.5,000/- as costs.
