ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     E-mail has been received from Sh.Nirmal Singh Jagdeva, Counsel for Complainant that the parties have settled the matter and hence he may kindly be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. This e-mail has been confirmed from counsel for complainant through virtual hearing. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
