The Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that due to technical defects he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and he be permitted to file a fresh case on the same cause of action before the proper Forum/Court and he be given benefit of Section 14(2) of Limitation Act. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
