The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that the matter has been compromised, therefore, he does now want to pursue with present complaint. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
