Present:       Counsel for the parties.

 

                   Ms. Babita, Ld. Member has not come present today.   Complainant suffered a statement stated that he has received a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- by way of cheque bearing No.001342 dated 15.06.2015 drawn on HDFC Bank along with Rs.15,000/- cash as compensation in full and final settlement of the dispute being fully satisfied.  In view of statement suffered by the complainant, instant complaint stands dismissed being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
