          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.           Complainant have received an amount of Rs. 58,000/- from OP vide cheque no. 000256 dated 02.05.2019, as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
