ORDER  BELOW  EXHIBT -1

            The Ld.Advocate for the Complainant has filed an application for the withdrawal of this complaint on the ground that this is wrongly filed in this Forum and the Complainant wants to withdraw the same to file before the proper Consumer Forum.  The office has raised such type of observation.  The Complainant is therefore, allowed to withdraw this complaint and the two sets i.e. ledger copy and 2^nd copy be returned to the Complainant’s Advocate for filing the same before the proper Forum.  The Complainant has deposited the fees by D.D. of Rs.400/- with this Forum. The same amount has been not credited in the account of this Forum till this date.  The said D.D. may be returned (by keeping xerox copies on record) to the Complainant or Complainant’s Advocate.
