Versus

ORDER

CC No.216 of 2016.

Charan Singh vs. Ekas Patel Enterprises.

Present:    None for complainant.

                 Respondent No.1 ex parte.

Sh.Sumit Gupta, Adv. for respondent No.2.

This complaint has been called several times since morning but the complainant has failed to appear before this Forum either in person or through his Advocate up to 3:45PM.  Further wait is unjustified. Furthermore, whatever the complainant has alleged the same has strongly been refuted by the contesting respondent. Non appearance of the complainant either in person or through any Advocate on 14.12.2018 as well as on today and non filing of correct address of respondent No.4 by the complainant despite availing more than enough time, shows the complainant is no more willing to prosecute the present complaint.  The complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance by the complainant. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action subjection to the period of limitation.  File be consigned to the records.

                L.Member                                          President,

                                                                           3.1.2019.
