Sh.Mohan Arora, Adv.counsel for the opposite party got recorded his statement that opposite party is ready to make payment of Rs.5449/- costs of the mobile alongwith 20% of the costs amount of the mobile to the complainant with condition that in case it has been found that earlier deposited amount by the opposite party has been received by the complainant or his beneficiary, then opposite party reserves its right to recover the same from the complainant. In view of the above statement, Sh.Sukhpal Singh Sohal,complainant got recorded his statement that he accepts the offer and as such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
