                     Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered. Complainant has made statement that he does not want to proceed with present complaint and withdraw the same and necessary permission may be given to file fresh complaint in the court heaving proper jurisdiction.  His statement recorded separately.

          Heard.  In view of above statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file a fresh complaint before the competent court of law. Certified copy of the order be supplied to the party free of costs.  The file be consigned to the record room.
