                  There is an agreement between the parties and as per agreement the dispute between the parties shall be decided by the Arbitrator. Moreover, arbitration proceedings are pending between the parties, therefore, this complaint is not maintainable before this Forum. Hence, the complaint in hand is dismissed being not maintainable. Original complaint and documents, if any, be returned after retaining photocopies of the same to the original counsel of the complainant against proper receipt and identification. The file after registration and needful be consigned to the record room.
