                     Protection Act.

ORDER:

                   Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties made statement that the Opposite Parties would not recover External Development Charges (EDC) from the complainant during the pendency of the CWP  No.5835 of 2013 before the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High court and would take action for such recovery as per the decision of the Hon’ble High Court in the said matter. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that  the complainant would pay the  Enhanced External Development Charges, if  so ordered by the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court. Statements of both the parties have been recorded in writing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.                In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
