                   Be registered. An application for deposit of the amount in compliance of the order dated 30.11.2016 passed by the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in R.P. No.3243 of 2016, has been filed on behalf of OP/applicant. Heard. Demand draft No.396009 for Rs.3,04,314/- be deposited in the shape of FDR, in a nationalized bank, for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, if needed, without prejudice to rights of the complainant, which may arise on account of the deficient / delayed payment, if any. The application stands disposed of.
