Already in order sheet dated 13.07.2023 it was made clear that no further adjournments will be granted as the matter is stuck at the stage of preliminary arguments on admission. However no proper appearance by the counsel to address argument. Corum not inclined to accommodate complaint any further in this regard since the matter stuck for the last more than 10 months for arguments on admission. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
