Consumer Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                     Today the case is fixed for appearance of OP. At this stage, the Complainant by making a separate statement tendered the photocopy of Consent Terms as Mark A, wherein the terms and conditions of settlement between the parties have been mentioned, and stated that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the matter in question has been settled between the parties as per Mark A, hence, the Complainant requested to allow him to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

          On the other hand, Authorised Representative of OP appeared and filed his copy of his identity card and by making a separate statement stated that he agrees with the statement made by the Complainant that the matter in question has been settled between the parties as per Consent Terms i.e. Mark A and, therefore, requested that the present complaint may kindly be dismissed.

          Heard. Since, the dispute in question involved in the present complaint has been settled between the parties, in view of the statement made by the Complainant as well as OP, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, both the parties shall be bound by their statement made before this Commission. 

A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
