Jdr files order of the Hon’ble State Commission in FA no. 355/2012 wherefrom it reveals that Hon’ble Commission has been pleased to allow the appeal and the case is sent back on remand to the Ld. Forum with a direction to dispose of the case giving opportunity to the complainant to file petition praying for appointment of an Engineer Commission for inspections of the disputed side on the points raised.
