ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed. O.P.2 is directed to deliver the consignment to the complainant. The complainant shall pay Rs.2,270/- in advance and seek delivery of the consignment within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. If complainant fails to do so, O.P. is at liberty to proceed according to law. Parties to bear their own costs.
