Present:        None for the complainant.

                     Op No.1 already given-up.

                     Op No.2 already exparte.

Sh. Lovekesh Sharma, Adv. for the Op.No.3.

Case called again after lunch-break but neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Waited sufficiently.  It is already 3:30 p.m.  No intimation regarding absence of complainant is received.  On the previous two dates also i.e. 12.06.2017 and 18.08.2017, none put in appearance on behalf of complainant. From the perusal of the order-sheet, it has been revealed that earlier the case was fixed for the evidence of complainant on 24.11.2016 and last opportunity was granted but the evidence was not produced despite last opportunity and case was adjourned to 25.01.2017 for the same purpose and another last opportunity was granted.  Thereafter, the case was adjourned to 16.03.2017, 12.06.2017, 18.08.2017 and for today but no evidence has been produced by the complainant on 12.06.2017, 18.08.2017 and today itself despite last opportunities.  The present case pertains to the year 2014.  It seems that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the complaint.  Hence, there is no justification to keep the matter pending.  Thus, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
