     Heard. Be registered. At this stage, complainant has put an endorsement on the front page of the complaint that he withdraws this complaint with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. In view of the same, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. As prayed for, original documents after retaining its photocopy and additional sets of complaint and documents be returned to the complainant against receipt on record.
