On 06-02-2017 complainant has moved an application along with his I.D.
Card  for withdrawal of his complaint stating therein that he have
received the amount of   Rs. 8399/- from Ebay India Ltd in the forum
of DD as full and final settlement and he shall be permitted to
withdraw his case and matter be closed. As the matter has been settled
between the parties the complaint case is dismissed as settled.

 Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as
per law.File be consigned to record room.
