On 26.04.2016, counsel for the Ops has made a separate statement in which he tendered a cheque of Rs.10,675/- vide bearing No.123581 dated 11.04.2016 in compliance of order under execution application and also stated that order under execution application has been fully complied with.

Today authorized representative for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a cheque of Rs.10,675/- vide bearing No.123581 dated 11.04.2016 in compliance of order under execution application. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.       

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
