ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Counsel for OP, Shri Kushagra Bansal has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have agreed to pay an amount of Rs. 37,500/- within a period of 15 days, as full and final settlement.    Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
