Sh.Deepinder Singh, Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that he has received the demand draft NO.512326 dated 17.5.2022 drawn on ICICI Bank Naraina Delhi for Rs.24943/- in settlement of his claim with the opposite party No.2 from Sh.Atul Gupta on behalf of the opposite party No.2 today. As such, he withdraws the present complaint. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
