Sh.Sandeep Goria, Advocate, ld.counsel for the Complainant has appeared on behalf of the Complainant and made following statement:-

“Stated that due to some technical defect in the instant complaint, I withdraw the present complaint with permission to file it afresh after removing its imbugiety. So, the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn. The original documents, if any, placed by me on the file may please be returned to me.”

In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Sandeep Goria, Advocate Ld.counsel for the Complainant recorded today separately, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The Complainant is at liberty to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action under law, if he so desires. Office is directed to return the original documents, if any, as demanded by the Complainant. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
