    Complainant filed an application with the prayer to withdraw the case with liberty to file in appropriate commission. Heard, perused file and considered. Withdrawal of complaint allowed with the liberty to file complaint in appropriate consumers commission within 30 days from the date of this order.

   As case is withdrawn and complainant wants no relief from the Forum, therefore prayer in this complaint is infructuous. Hence case is dismissed as withdrawn and it be disposed of accordingly.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law. File be consigned to record room.
