 The complainant  has filed this complaint on 22.03.2017 and the complaint was listed for consideration  on 11.04.2017. On 11.04.2017  the complainant sought time to argue on the maintainability of the complaint. As neither complainant  nor his counsel is appearing since 25-04-2017 it appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process of law to proceed further in this case in complainant’s absence. Hence complaint is dismissed in default accordingly for the reasons mentioned above.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law. File be consigned to record room.
