ORDER

 

On 17/09/2022 Complainant has filed application for restoration of complaint dismissed on 12/07/2022 on the ground of the non-appearance of complainant from past several dates. Argument heard on restoration application. During the arguments as well as in the present application since the applicant/OP did not mention any sufficient cause for non-appearance on that date. Even otherwise, in view of the SCDRC judgment “ Nipun Sharma Vs G.L.C. Members Co-operative decided on 21/10/2021 in FA no. 306 of 2021 the State Commission categorically stated that this Commission has no jurisdiction to restore the matter. Hence the present application is dismissed. File be consigned to record room.
