ORDER

                   Today the case is fixed for appearance of complainant for making formalities since the present complaint was received in the Forum by registered post. Notice issued to applicant/complainant received back with the report of postal authorities that he has refused to receive the same. From perusal of the report, we are of the confirmed view that the applicant/complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint and the same is dismissed for non-appearance.  Copies be sent to complainant, free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
