4.         Officer Incharge E.S.I.C. Regional Office, Panchdeep Bhawan, Sector-16, Faridabad, Haryana.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:             Mr.S.C.Binjola, Adv., for the complainant.

                        Mr.Balwinder Pal, clerk, authorized representative for the Op No.1.

                        Mr.Yash Pal Singh, Adv., for the Ops No.2 and 4.

 

                       

Today the case is fixed for evidence of the complainant, Ops No.1, 2 & 4 and for appearance of Op No.3 through notice. At this stage, counsel for the complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that the payment of medical reimbursement claim for Rs.1,43,093/- has returned by the Ops. Hence, matter has been settled between the parties and now he has no any grievance against the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
