                                                                                        JUDGMENT

            Matter relates to accounts dispute for which we do not interfere and both parties are heard and it is agreed by both parties that complainant shall pay his regular electric bill and the arrear bill shall be cleared in 8 monthly installments along with regular bill. If the complainant fails to pay the bill as directed above, the opposite parties are free to disconnect the electric line. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.
