ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                   JUDGMENT

Dispute relates to billing process and accounting. The bill of Rs.5,48,903/- has been settled by opposite parties with Rs.95,918/- i.e. with deduction of more than 80%.

It is settled principles of law that Consumer Commission should not interfere in accounting process and when opposite parties have already deducted/reduced more than 80% it is not just and proper to interfere in the matter. Hence we found no merit in the consumer complaint and accordingly the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.

Pronounced in the open Commission on this 16th February,2024.
