JUDGMENT
Matter relates to Sec.135 of I.E. Act, 2003 and as per the settled principles of law as decided by the Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd., Vrs. Anis Ahmad, Consumer Commission has no power to adjudicate the issue.
Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed giving liberty to complainant to approach appropriate Forum. No cost.
