ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                         JUDGMENT

            Matter relates to Sec.126 & 135 of Indian Electricity Act and as per the settled principles of law this Commission has no power to entertain.

            The S.D.O., in person appears and fairly submitted that if complainant makes an application for settlement, the opposite parties shall deduct up to 40% discount, if the complainant makes an application the same shall be considered by opposite parties and settle the dispute. If the complainant fails to pay the dues the opposite parties are at liberty to take action as per the norms and laws. With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complainant is disposed of. No cost.     

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 25th January,2024.
