ORDER

JUDGEMENT & ORDER

Both the complainant and the respondent present. The complainant submitted that without providing water supply connection to his private residence, the Department of PHE, Pasighat has raised a bill amounting to Rs. 6,000/-. Hence the complaint.

Mr. O. Padung, EE (PHE), Pasighat submitted that said bill has been withdrawn and cancelled and no further bill shall be submitted to Shri Karsing Borang, complainant.

The Forum is of the opinion that since the complainant Shri Karsing Borang did not pay the amount of the water bill raised against his private residence, it is not necessary to precede the case further.

The Forum directed Executive Engineer (PHE), Pasighat to refrain from raising such false bill against individual person. He is also directed to inform the complainant of the present status of the case.

The case is disposed.
