                                                                                                         JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed the consumer complaint for restoration of electric connection. Opposite parties have filed their written version stating there in that the matter relates to a case U/s.135 of Electricity Act. In view of the settled position of law in the case of State of U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. Vrs. Md. Anish Ahmed, Consumer Commission has no jurisdiction to entertain the case filed U/s.126, 135 & 140 of Electricity Act. As such the consumer complaint is dismissed giving liberty to complainant to approach appropriate forum/authority as prescribed under the rules. No cost.
