ORDER

                                                                                           JUDGMENT

 

            Advocate for the complainant found absent. Mr. S.K. Das, S.D.O. (Com.), Tirtol is present and fairly submitted that earlier they were claiming electric bill on average basis. New meter was installed on 02.02.2018 after which they have calculated the earlier bills on the basis first six months meter reading and on that basis the average bill of the earlier period prior to installation of meter. After calculation, the opposite parties found that the complainant is due to get back Rs.3,781.20 paisa from opposite parties.

            Taking into consideration of calculation sheet and submission made by the opposite parties Mr. Das we dispose the consumer complaint that the opposite parties shall credit Rs.3,781.20 paisa  against the account of consumer No.04739615 and adjust the bills on the next billing cycle and till the amount is adjusted, complainant is not liable to pay any amount. But if any short fall is there in the last bill the complainant shall pay rest amount which he has to pay after deducting the last credit amount.  With the aforesaid observation and direction the consumer complaint is disposed of. No cost.

 

            Pronounced in the open Commission on this 26th Sept., 2022.
