            Today is fixed for hearing on the point of admission of this case.  No steps taken by the complainant.  On repeated calls none appears from the side of the complainant.  On perusing the record it appears that since last occasion the complainant has kept himself absent.  The attitude of the complainant clearly shows that he has lost his interest in this case.  More over the statutory period for disposal of the point of admission is going to be expired today.

            In the above premises, there is no alternative but to dismiss the case.

            Fees paid is correct.  Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the C.C. No.138/2015 is dismissed for default.  Let the copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
