When the matter has come up for admission hearing one Mr. Tapas Mallik (as disclosed by him) submitted the case and having heard and on perusal on the entire material on record, we are of the views that the instant complaint case cannot be entertained since the complainant has no locus standi to file this case.
Besides, thi case related to insurrance matter but we are unable to trace any documents in regard to the insurance policy in the regard and over all the alleged insuranceclaim has been made in respect of the expenditure incurred for treatment one Smt. Rani Mallik, bur she did not filed case before this Forum.
In view of the above observation, instant complaint stands rejected in limini.
Liberty is given for filing fresh complint on the same self cause of action by appropriate complainant.
