            On repeated call neither the complainant nor the advocate for O.Ps is present.  This is a year old case belongs to the year 2015. On perusal of the case record it reveals that the complainant was absent and not filed any steps from 16.06.2016 to 18.03.2019. Hence, the complainant‘s case is dismissed for default.  

            The order is pronounced on this day of 18th March 2019 under the signature and seal of this Forum. The office is directed to supply copy of order to the parties free of cost and a copy of same be sent to the server of www.confonet.nic.in for posting in internet and thereafter the file be consigned to record room.
