During the course of proceedings of this case, Sh.K.C.Malhotra, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant appeared and got recorded his statement that he withdraw the present complaint due to technical defect and for want of Correct of Opposite Party with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if need be and for that permission may kindly be granted.
