This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner/complainant against the order of State Commission whereby it has dismissed his application for examination of signature by the hand writing expert. Reason given by the fora below for dismissing the second application of the complainant is that there is no need for examination of his signature by the  hand writing expert as the signature of the complainant tally with the signature already appearing on the original documents placed on record pursuant to the first application of the complainant.  Admittedly, the petitioner purchased a car but no documents were made available to him at the time of delivery of the car.  Earlier petitioner moved an application for producing the original documents on record which had been allowed and documents placed on record.  Now the second application has been moved by the petitioner for examination of his signature by a hand writing expert which seems to have been filed just to delay the proceedings.

We have perused the orders passed by the fora below.  We  agree with the view taken by the fora below that the petitioner by filing one application after other is trying to delay the  proceedings.  Counsel for the petitioner has not made any grievance that the respondent has not given papers as a result of which he could not get the car.

In this view of the matter, this revision petition is dismissed.  However, the petitioner would be at liberty to appear before the District Forum for proceeding with the matter further.
