                        The case was taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The learned counsel for OP No.1 has appeared and made statement that as per the order dated 17.3.2008 passed in CC No.243 of 2006, the OP No.1 has received payment of Rs.10,000/- vide draft No.043706, dated 26.6.2010, drawn on The Chandigarh State Coop. Bank Ltd, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh, from the complainant in favour of OP No.1-Dynamic Motors and hence OP No.1 wants to withdraw the present execution application & the same may be dismissed as withdrawn as satisfied.  Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
