            Today matter is listed for settlement proceedings. After the intervention of the Bench, both parties arrived at a settlement of Rs. 4,50,000/- along with Simple Interest at the rate of 9% from the date of receipt of amount i.e. 10.10.2007 till realization along with Rs. 15,000/- as compensation and cost of litigation. Complainant is directed to provide bank details as well as copy of Pan Card for tax purposes. OP states that he will pay the settlement amount within 3 equal installments commencing from 31.08.2023, 31.09.2023 and 03.10.2023. OP is also directed to provide TDS copy if any.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.

 File be consigned to the record room.
