Counsel for the parties submit that they have arrived at an amicable settlement. As per the terms of settlement petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- (rupees one lakh twenty five thousand only) to the respondent in full and final settlement of his claim. The payment shall be made within two weeks and with the aforesaid payment the claim of the respondent under the consumer complaint shall stand satisfied. Counsel for the parties request that revision petition be disposed of in terms of the above settlement. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the revision petition is disposed of. Petitioner shall be bound by its offer.
