This case has been filed on 19.01.2021, but it has been admitted on 02.04.2022 after considering the fact that more than 21 days had lapsed after filing. Though in the meantime no step was taken on behalf of the complainant. However, in the meantime, there was no quorum but it is relevant to consider that after admission notice was sent to the complainant to appear and to take step vide gyapank no. 1352 dated 05.08.2022 but did not turn up to take response and to comply the order for progress of the case till today. Neither the complainant appeared nor any step has been taken which shows that complainant has got no interest in this case. Hence, this complaint case stands dismissed.
