Today is fixed for 16/12/2019 for S/R and appearance of Op No. 1, 2 and 4 and W/V filed by the Op No. 3 and compromise.

            Both parties file separate petition to withdraw the said case No. 50/2019.

            Heard both sides Ld. Advocates. And both sides Ld. Advocates under take the settlement petition.

The complainant side is not willing to proceed the case and he has no grievance against the OP side.

            We find that the parties have amicably settled the case out of Court and terms of settlement are valid, legal and excepted.

            We find no impediment to allow the prayer.

            Hence

                        Ordered,

                                    that the CC case No. 50/2019 be and the same is disposed on settlement. No costs. Accordingly disposed of.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
